No login is required. An optional profile stores your name, birth details, time zones, coordinates, settings and notes for local calculations. iOS uses app storage and local web storage; the web version uses browser storage. None of this is sent to us, analytics providers or a calculation server. The app has no ads, tracking SDKs or built-in analytics.
Location is requested only when you choose Use my location and grant system permission. Coordinates support planetary hours, local eclipse visibility and solar return houses. There is no background tracking. You may enter coordinates manually or leave them blank. Remove them and save in Profile, or revoke permission in device settings.
Export or sharing creates a file or text whose destination you choose. Profile exports contain your details and notes; we do not receive them automatically. Temporary iOS sharing files are deleted after the share dialog. You are responsible for copies you save or send. Support receives only what you email; avoid unnecessary private notes or birth details. Support email is handled separately from the app.
Data remains until deleted, site storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to the operating system. Delete all local data removes active profile, settings and notes; exported files and earlier system backups remain. System backups may include app data according to device settings. There is no automatic cloud sync.
Published web pages may generate hosting access logs, including IP addresses. Native calculations need no web connection. External sites and email providers have their own privacy policies. Source links contain no personal profile data. Contact the publisher for privacy or deletion help. Changes to processing will be described before publication.
This website is hosted by Netlify. When you visit, hosting infrastructure processes connection information such as your IP address and request details to deliver and secure the website. This website does not include advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies or a profile form. This hosting activity is separate from the on-device processing in the iOS app.
